Postal & E-Mail Invoicing
- Paper (mailed) invoices are available for established members that choose to be billed in Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annual billing. Members that wish Monthly invoicing, may choose Automatic E-Mail invoices.
- Automatic E-Mail invoices are available and can be delivered at any interval. E-Mail invoices arrive in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
Checks & Money Orders
- We accept all forms of personal checks, money orders and bank checks.
- Payments can be mailed to our address found at the bottom of this web page.
- Please make sure the payment is clearly identified for whom or what company the payment is to be credited and include an Account ID # or Invoice # if possible.
- Bounced checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
