World Net Civil Subpoena Policy

World Net does not release personally identifying information about our customers except in limited instances related to law, security, or safety. In some cases, World Net does not typically retain certain information such as outgoing email, downloaded email, or Web/chat logs. To request customer information from World Net in a civil case, you must serve World Net with a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant and agree to World Net's terms of compensation below. World Net may ask for additional documentation to support requests for information.

Send all subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants for customer information only via U.S. certified mail, Airborne Express, UPS, or Federal Express to:

All other subpoenas must be served upon World Net's registered agent, which is on file with the Texas Secretary of State.

World Net charges $95.00 per hour for research, $0.35 per page, and $25.00 to respond by Federal Express. Invoices should be paid within 30 days of receipt. Checks must be made out to World Net Subpoena Compliance.

World Net will notify all customers upon receiving a civil request for their information. World Net will generally respond within 15 days unless a formal objection is filed by the customer or we are legally required to do so.
